Ms. Jimenez's practice focuses on litigation, international arbitration, competition law, enforcement, and compliance. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, federal and local courts, and administrative authorities. She has extensive experience advising individuals and companies in complex antitrust cases involving allegations of monopolistic practices in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Miss Jiménez has been a founding member and partner of Malpica, Iturbe, Buj & Paredes, a Mexican litigation boutique, since 2021.

Former international counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York. Prior to joining Malpica, he worked at Mexico's Supreme Court of Justice.
