Gissela, with experience in Mexico and Canada, excelled as a Senior Representative of Law & Contracts at Honeywell. During her tenure, Gissela managed a variety of complex agreements and led the Latin American legal team, providing strategic guidance to sales and procurement team.

In her role as International Lawyer at Innocap, she participated in the review and negotiation of various financial contracts with diverse counterparties, as well as in the research of global financial regulations.

At Lottus Capital Partners Fund, she served as Legal Manager and Corporate Secretary, overseeing corporate structuring and advising on various transactional, financial, and regulatory matters.

As Associate at Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar, S.C., Gissela gained broader experience in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, and corporate governance. Previously, at Llaguno, Name y Moreno, S.C., she participated in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial transactions, foreign investment, and issues related to antitrust and intellectual property.

Derived from the above, Gissela’s legal practice focuses on providing legal advice with a global perspective, assisting in risk mitigation, with a business perspective, always looking to protect her client’s interests.

Gissela obtained her Bachelor in law from Universidad Iberoamericana (class 2014).
