Arturo began his professional journey at Roel & Galindo Roel Lawyers, specializing in labor law.

Later, during his 14-year tenure at Baker & McKenzie, he excelled as a key account management leader, overseeing 400 cases and achieving a remarkable 70% reduction in labor contingencies. Serving as the litigation team coordinator, he implemented successful strategies, securing favorable resolutions for companies facing individual and collective lawsuits, including cases exceeding USD 500,000.

Arturo is a native Spanish speaker and is proficient in English and Portuguese.

Arturo obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Marista campus in Mexico City, where he also pursued a specialization in Constitutional Protection (amparo).
