Experienced on cross border transactions and regulatory issues, having developed know how in advising economic operators and contracting authorities in public procurement and public private partnerships. Paula is also an arbitrator, with a developed track record in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. She is a Partner with MDR Advogados.
