Gustavo focuses his practice on regulatory issues and infrastructure projects, especially on highly complex issues, advising private companies on concession contracts, public-private partnerships (PPP), bidding processes and regulation of public services in general.
Gustavo is also a national reference in legal matters related to concessions and PPPs for sanitation, street lighting, education and health services. In addition, he has held the position of Prosecutor of the City of Belo Horizonte for ten years.
