Elvia has extensive experience in the Corporate Law area, Elvia assists regularly domestic and foreign clients, working jointly with different agencies, authorities and private individuals. She has participated in a large number of corporate restructuring proceedings, corporate finance transactions, M&A, and also counseling and involvement in the legal structure of multiple tax planning matters.

As part of the services provided to domestic companies with foreign stock holders are the ones related to the National Registry of Foreign Investment, such as the incorporation of companies, financial reports, among others.

Her common practice includes the review, drafting and adjustment of several agreements, corporate documents activities offering a complete support during the entire operation until their execution, as well as formalities for the incorporation of companies.

Elvia also offers assistance with the creation and operation of Trusts and her expertise goes through Mergers and Acquisitions and financial transactions, her practice includes experience in complex real estate transaction involving financing.

She is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa) (ANADE), being involved in several workshops and courses in the Certified Public Accountants in Guadalajara (Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara, A.C.) (IMCP) and in the Institute for Executive Specialization (Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos, S.C.) (IEE).

Elvia has a Law Degree from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente ITESO. She obtained a Masters in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana and a Fiscal diploma course from Colegio de Contadores Públicos.
