Areas of practice
Real estate and urban planning law: The firm has advised important promoters and developers of real estate projects in Medellín. These services provided by the firm consist of due diligence, accompaniment and negotiation in the sell and purchase of urban and rural property, as their subsequent development. Likewise, it advises clients in the structuring of real estate projects through trusts. In this regard, the firm has provided advice to major shopping center developments on contractual issues such as leasing and space concessions.
