Maria Clara has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, advising companies from different sectors. She has participated in important transactions, leading the negotiation of transactional documents, including investment and purchase agreements. She also has vast experience advising Corporate Venture Capital firms in the due diligence process and negotiation of investment documents.

Maria Clara graduated as lawyer from the Externado de Colombia University and holds a Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice (LL.M.) with an MBA module from the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid, Spain). She also participated in an academic exchange semester at the University of California Hastings College of the Law (San francisco California)
