Gabriel Mathias is an Attorney at Law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro Office, since 2018. Mr. Mathias began his career in 2007 at a prestigious and recognized commercial litigation firm in Rio de Janeiro and has continued his career in another traditional litigation office, practicing law before the high courts.

Mr. Mathias has extensive experience with complex litigation, leading cases in the areas of commercial disputes, patent, trademark and copyright matters, government contracts and insolvency law. He is also well versed in administrative proceedings before government agencies, such as the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM).
