With 20 years of experience in the Peruvian market, Rodriguez Angobaldo Abogados is a legal boutique specializing in litigation and arbitration and providing a responsive and personalized service. The firm’s practice is focused on advising and representing clients in private, administrative, constitutional, corporate, insurance and labor law, in judicial and administrative court proceedings. The civil property law, corporate commercial law, labor law and social security areas are key supporting departments and offer direct advice, as well as complementing the work of the solid dispute settlement team.

In 2018 the firm strengthened its partnership with the incorporation of three partners, Mr Jaime Heredia and Mr Adolfo Pinillos, who have extensive experience in well-known full-service law firms, and Mr Cesar Abanto who is a recognized specialist in labor law and social security. The firm also promoted Mr Alvaro Bonilla to partner, considering his international educational background and his experience in insurance law and consumer protection matters, and in arbitration proceedings.

The firm represents companies and individuals. Its clients includes the largest companies from different sectors including: banking, insurance, telecommunications, fishing industry, real estate, automotive, healthcare, mining, international trade and diverse services.

The firm also advises government agencies (National Social Security Office) and was recently awarded a panel contract from the Peruvian National Bank (Banco de la Nacion).

Arbitration: Advising on arbitration proceedings regarding corporate cases and public procurement contracts. Preparing and negotiating arbitration agreements and enforcing arbitration awards. Handling both arbitrator and defense work before arbitration courts.
