Franck Allessie has been legal counsel for Houda Law Firm since 2019 and is based in Dakar.

He has an expertise in public business law, public and private contracts (public procurement, public service delegations, PPP, commercial contracts) acquired during his professional career in France and on the African continent.

Franck also has, as counsel to public entities (States, public institutions and local authorities), large companies, investors, financial backers, a varied experience in financing projects and PPP projects.

In particular, he assists Mr. Houda in his legal assistance missions in various sectors such as banking, finance, industry and commerce on the African continent.
