Wiggin and Dana is made up of six main departments, including corporate, health care, litigation, private client services, labor, employment and benefits, and real estate, environmental, construction and facilities.

Our litigation department handles everything from general commercial litigation and appeals, white-collar criminal defense, or matters specific to certain industries, such as franchise and hospitality, pharmaceutical and medical device, and aerospace and defense. Wiggin and Dana has been nationally recognized for our dispute resolution – appellate practice area. The group handles high-stakes appeals and also provides appellate advice and analysis of complex legal issues at the trial level.

Our outsourcing and technology practice group, has been nationally recognized and serves leading suppliers of IT, business process and other outsourced services worldwide. In addition, our Cybersecurity and privacy practice group helps clients comply with privacy and data security laws, manage and mitigate security risks and, if necessary, respond to incidents in order to minimize potential exposure, protect valuable data, preserve business relationships and protect reputations and goodwill.
