Andrew is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team. He specialises in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property law and acts for a diverse range of clients both in Oxfordshire and nationally. He provides pragmatic advice and an efficient service to his clients. Andrew first came to Oxfordshire as an undergraduate at St John’s College, Oxford University. He then spent several years in London working for some of the biggest names in the commercial property industry. During this time he also gained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and completed an Investment Management Certificate (so he would be FCA regulated to manage investments).

For over 20 years, he has also led the highly respected Commercial Property team across the Banbury and Bicester offices.

Anis has particular expertise in asset finance fraud and urgent delivery up applications and claims against guarantors. With over 24 years’ experience Anis has a wide range of financial litigation experience including acting for lenders in complex mortgage frauds and claims against professionals. He regularly appears in the Business and Property Courts for clients without counsel adding value to their business and cost recoveries. As part of the banking and finance team Anis provides advice to specialist lenders including advice on reviewing security documentation. In addition he supports the Dispute team on defended commercial litigation matters. Anis is acting head of the Bicester office.

Carol is a Director in the Employment and Dispute Resolution team advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.  She also litigates in the Civil Courts in connection with claims arising out of breach of confidentiality and restrictive covenants including injunctive work. She has experience of acting as supervising solicitor and submitting independent reports to the Court on Seize and Search Orders.

She also works closely with the firm’s residential and commercial property lawyers, dealing with some of the country’s best-known developers in the formation and administration of residents’ management companies.

Tom also advises on contentious matters such as disputes over validity of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.
