Partner in the Corporate/M&A Department

Mateusz Stępień, advocate, is a Partner in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS. He focuses on M&A, corporate and commercial work, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, healthcare, financial services, FMCG and infrastructure sectors. Mateusz has advised private equity houses, infrastructure funds and corporates on a number of investments, exits, joint ventures and mergers. He has also gained extensive experience in corporate governance and real estate issues. Prior to joining CMS, he worked for 12 years with Clifford Chance.
