Lidia Dziurzynska-Leipert is a partner and head of the Construction Group within the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS. She also heads the hotel & leisure sector group, advising both landlords and operators on projects in the accommodation sector, as well as heading the German Desk at CMS Poland. Lidia focuses her practice on legal advice in connection with major construction undertakings (including major infrastructure projects, e.g. railway, road, waste treatment, plants, stadiums, development projects, etc.) and construction disputes.
