Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska is an attorney-at-law and Partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

In her professional practice, she focuses on providing legal assistance in real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of office, commercial and warehouse properties in the form of asset deals and share deals.

She effectively supports local and international clients operating in Poland, as well as investors who are considering expanding into the Polish market.

She also advises on the property leasing of office, retail and warehouse space to both landlords and tenants.

At CMS, Małgorzata is successfully developing the data centre sector and advises clients from this sector in the process of acquiring property and constructing database centres in Poland.

Before joining CMS in 2022, she was associated with the real estate department of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, and earlier with the law firms Hogan Lovells and Chadbourne & Parke.
