Employment Department

Agnieszka Kałwa is an advocate and a Senior Associate in the Employment Group of CMS. Her main areas of specialization are labour and immigration law.

She advises clients on matters related to hiring and dismissing staff, collective redundancies and transfer of work establishment. She also supports clients on structuring international assignments and local employment of foreign citizens from EU and non-EU countries, obtaining work and residence permits, advising on social security implications and drafting secondment agreements. She assists clients in introducing employment-related documentation and ensuring their compliance with local laws. She has a significant experience in conducting internal investigations.
