Bartosz Miąskiewicz is an advocate and counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice at CMS.

He has many years of experience in litigation and arbitration.

Bartosz specialises in proceedings concerning financial institutions, in particular concerning competition and consumer protection law, as well as financial instruments and MIFID.

He represents clients in individual and class actions. He has extensive experience in conducting cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Court, as well as in providing strategic advice, including the development of a litigation strategy for a series of a dozen to several thousand similar litigations, the common denominator of which were issues related to consumer and business law.
