Real Estate and Construction

Michał specialises in legal assistance with regard to investment law, including provision of legal services to entities performing FIDIC-type construction contracts, design contracts, and development agreements. He also represents clients in the construction court's disputes before state and arbitration courts. Michał advises also on real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of office buildings, shopping malls and real property - owning companies.
