I qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Child & Child in 2021. I have gained extensive experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions. I specialise in acquisitions and sales of freehold and leasehold properties, financing and refinancing of individual properties, transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, and right to buy.

I have acted on many shared ownership transactions, including acting for both buyers and sellers of shared ownership properties. My clients include developers' needs in relation to freehold and leasehold plot sales. I have acted on many high value complex transactions including equity release and bridging finance.

I have forged good working relationships with clients and agents alike which assists with each matter proceeding smoothly. I am meticulous and proactive in the way I work and I provide an efficient, reliable and friendly service which  ensures many clients returning to me for their new real estate matters.
