Career

I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined the firm in September 2014, specialising in residential and commercial property law.

On the residential side, I act for clients including first time buyers, investors, secured lenders, small businesses, companies and property developers. This covers transactions such as high value freehold and leasehold sale and purchases (including new build), auction sale and purchases, remortgages, voluntary lease extensions, transfer of equity and grant of new leases following redevelopment/conversion.

In my commercial property work, I act for both landlords and tenants. This includes grant, underletting, assignment and renewal of business tenancies ranging from small retail units to large London office spaces.  I also act for landlords managing commercial property portfolios, dealing with licences to assign, underlet, alterations, renewals and rent reviews, as well as the purchase of commercial freehold premises subject to existing leases and/or with planning potential for residential conversion.
