I specialise in corporate law, particularly acquisitions and sales, and re-organisations and reconstructions, for both public and private companies.

Before joining Child & Child as a corporate consultant I was, for many years, head of the corporate department at Goodman Derrick LLP, after starting corporate life at Clifford-Turner (now called Clifford Chance). I was also General Counsel at Ince & Co.
