I completed my training contract in a City firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.

I work exclusively within the Enfranchisement department, on a variety of freehold enfranchisements, statutory and voluntary lease extensions, both for individuals and large groups. These include right to manage, right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and missing/absent landlords involving properties in prime central London and the home counties.

I help my clients achieve their goals by making a complicated area of law as easy to understand as possible. I strive to give clear advice on often complex matters. I am diligent, friendly and approachable.
