Daniel is an Associate Partner at Slater Heelis. He has over twenty years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
His main areas of specialism are contentious wills and probate, and trust and property disputes. This includes claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, disputes relating to the validity of wills (e.g. capacity and undue influence claims), and claims relating to property (including TOLATA claims, constructive trust/proprietary estoppel, and neighbour/boundary disputes).
