Position

I qualified into the Public Family Law team at Crane & Staples in September 2024, following a two year period of training with the firm.

I specialise in Public Family Matters, Children Law and Domestic Abuse matters including:

  • Appearing as a Court Advocate in front of Circuit, District and Magistrates Justice for both Public Law hearings and private law Children Act proceedings, including Child Arrangement Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
  • Assisting victims of domestic abuse and then advocating in a Court room in their applications for a Non- Molestation Order.
  • Representing parents in care proceedings, covering a broad range of allegations including drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse, neglect, and significant mental health concerns.

I take a pragmatic, but client-focussed approach to my cases, assisting clients through sensitive situations to try and achieve the best outcome available.

I volunteer at a local refuge, assisting the women with a variety of Children Act matters.
