I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a First Class Law Degree and a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice Course in 2022. I handle a range of Residential and Commercial property matters, including: Freehold and Leasehold Transactions Transfer of Equity Transactions Re-mortgages Adverse Possession and First Registration Applications Mortgage Redemptions Lease Extensions I have worked at the firm since 2020, where I started as a conveyancing assistant. It has been helpful for me to develop my career and understand how the department operates from different perspectives. I enjoy working as part of a team to ensure clients get the best outcomes in their property matters.

Also deals with Business matters including business acquisitions and disposals. Offers complete service on each matter, for example from initial instructions up to and including tribunal decisions in enfranchisement matters. Works closely with local and specialist surveyors and accountants to provide a full and comprehensive service to clients. I joined Crane & Staples as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022 and qualified as a Family Solicitor in September 2024. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an LLB Law with Criminology degree in 2018. Following this, I studied the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at Nottingham Trent University. I am a Family Solicitor specialising in divorce and separation, finance, child arrangements and all legal aspects of relationship breakdown. I find my job very rewarding as it enables me to support clients who are often in challenging situations. I regularly represent the firm at local charity, community and business events.

I qualified in 2007, where I had trained at a high street firm in Hertford and have also worked at a Top 75 law firm. I am a specialist in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build Properties with Help to Buy Transfer of equity transactions Re-mortgages Bridging loans I take pride in providing a professional but personal service to my clients and love what I do!

I qualified into the Public Family Law team at Crane & Staples in September 2024, following a two year period of training with the firm. I specialise in Public Family Matters, Children Law and Domestic Abuse matters including: Appearing as a Court Advocate in front of Circuit, District and Magistrates Justice for both Public Law hearings and private law Children Act proceedings, including Child Arrangement Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. Assisting victims of domestic abuse and then advocating in a Court room in their applications for a Non- Molestation Order. Representing parents in care proceedings, covering a broad range of allegations including drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse, neglect, and significant mental health concerns. I take a pragmatic, but client-focussed approach to my cases, assisting clients through sensitive situations to try and achieve the best outcome available. I volunteer at a local refuge, assisting the women with a variety of Children Act matters.
