Beth is a partner in the planning team, specialising in all aspects of planning and environmental law.

Beth advises on strategic and complex planning matters including the preparation of s106 agreements to support large scale housing and mixed use developments and regeneration schemes, planning appeals, local plan examinations and judicial review.
