Career

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and worked at a UK Top 50 Law firm before joining Ashtons in April 2024.

She is based in our Commercial Property team in our Norwich office and focuses on all aspects of residential development.

Sarah has vast experience in negotiating promotion and option agreements, overage agreements, conditional contracts and development agreements for housebuilders, housing associations and landowners. She prides herself on her communication skills and her ability to provide practical solutions.

Historically, Sarah has been heavily involved in disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing pursuant to s106 agreements, site setups, drafting shared ownership leases, and providing advice regarding infrastructure agreements, site regeneration projects and securitisation projects.

Sarah is well-regarded within the industry and has been consistently noted as a rising star and key lawyer in the Legal 500.

Sarah is also the Company Secretary and a board member for Solo Housing (East Anglia) who are a charity and registered provider of social housing.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys socialising with friends, running and spending time with her young family.
