Position
David is senior associate in our Dublin office specialising in insurance defence work advising clients on a wide variety of matters concerning public liability, employers liability, defamation, defective products, motor, professional negligence and coverage disputes.
Clients include a range of Irish and London Market insurers and self-insured companies.
Wide range of experience dealing with matters in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court throughout Ireland, including low value claims and high value and complex cases.
