Jose is a partner at PREISKEL & CO LLP and has international experience advising clients on telecoms, technology, commercial and data protection law. Together with Preiskel’s international team of lawyers, he advises clients on a wide range of telecoms and technology matters. Some of the clients he has advised include a major global Korean handset manufacturer, various OTT providers, a major international WiFi provider, mobile data clearing houses, telecoms data centres, minutes’ exchanges and various UK and international telecoms resellers. He also advises on cloud issues and software as a service agreements, encryption, RIPA and Ofcom compliance audits.

Qualified 2001 (Spain), 2005 (England). Jose is a dual qualified lawyer (Spain and England) and since 2004 has worked in several top City law firms (first as a European lawyer and then as a dual qualified lawyer). In 2007 he joined PREISKEL & CO LLP as a senior associate and was subsequently promoted to partner in 2014.
