Pierandrea Bonali is a partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Banking and Finance practice.
He advises clients in the banking and financial sectors with particular capabilities in the real estate and property finance markets. His activities include advising banks and credit institutions on financings, negotiating and granting mortgage loans for the acquisition, redevelopment and development of real estate assets.

Before joining Dentons as a partner in 2022, he worked for several leading Italian and international law firms.
