Work highlights

Advised Czechoslovak Group on the financing for the acquisition of an 80% stake in Armi Perazzi, a manufacturer of competition rifles for shooting sports.
Advised two real estate alternative investment funds (both sponsored and controlled by JP Morgan group entities), which received green financings for approximately €80m (collectively) for the acquisition of two logistics assets in Northern Italy,
