Public Law and Regulatory

Giuseppe Gagliardo is a senior associate in Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Public Law and Regulatory practice.

He mainly focuses on administrative law and, for over twelve years, on town planning, building regulation, environmental law, public works and public contracts.

He worked for several years in the Town Planning Department of the Municipality of Milan, through the Agenzia Mobilità Ambiente e Territorio (AMAT). While there he dealt, in particular, with the implementation of urban planning, social housing, the improvement of public areas and buildings, housing services contracts (student housing) and administrative management of public areas and buildings.

He also participated in the working group for implementing the first “Reinventing Cities” initiative of the Municipality of Milan in collaboration with C40, a global network of mayors of the world’s leading cities.

Giuseppe has also contributed to the drafting of the planning regulations of the Territory Governance Plan (Piano di Governo del Territorio (PGT)) of the Municipality of Milan.
