Work highlights
- Assisted Alliance Medical in relation to the acquisition of Luccioli, a company operating a major multi-specialty medical and diagnostic centre in Italy.
- Advised Stadler on a public tender procedure, following which the client has been awarded, in JV with MER MEC and other Stadler’s subsidiaries, a framework agreement to supply bi-modal diagnostic train and diagnostic systems to Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.
