Senior Associate

Rogier van der Weijden is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at the Amsterdam office of Dentons. He advises on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and other general corporate matters, with a particular focus on private M&A, private equity and venture capital. Rogier advises both national and international public and private companies, including leading service providers, industrial and financial organizations and private equity firms. His experience includes advising client in the technology, manufacturing, corporate, real estate, underwriting and transport sectors.

Rogier completed a secondment in 2021 to Amazon, an American multinational technology company listed on the NASDAQ (NASDAQ: AMZN) having a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence, during which he worked as a corporate legal counsel to support their Corporate EMEA Subsidiaries team in Luxembourg.
