Andrew is a senior associate in the tier 1 ranked Banking and Finance team in Muscat and has more than 20 years' experience in restructuring and finance work.

Andrew acts for borrowers and lenders on a broad range of finance matters, including project, trade, acquisition, Islamic and real estate financings as well as capital markets transactions and advisory work. Andrew has broad experience in acting on local and international deals and advising banks, businesses, shareholders and other stakeholders in relation to financing issues involving a variety of sectors from hotel and leisure to oil and gas.  He has advised on a number of landmark infrastructure projects in Oman.
