Piotr Ciołkowski is a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law advising on all aspects of commencing and pursuing activity in the energy sector in Poland. He has advised on regulatory issues and has been involved in structuring activities and legislative work. Piotr also advises on commodities trading and negotiates sales and services contracts. He has led numerous M&A transactions and investment projects, in particular in the renewables sector involving offshore and onshore windfarms as well as PVs. His most recent experience includes corporate PPAs and e-mobility projects.
