DentonsDentons‘ energy and natural resources practice provides transactional and regulatory advice to clients across all segments of the sector; this includes expertise in oil and gas, electricity, nuclear energy, and renewables, where the team particularly demonstrates strength in handling transactions throughout the entire development and financing phases of solar and wind projects, both onshore and offshore. Following the departure of a number of senior practitioners to form the newly-established Clyde & Co office, Christian Schnell and Tim Heitling have assumed the position of co-heads of the firm’s Europe-wide energy group. In October 2024, Maciej Ziółkowski joined as counsel from CMS. Piotr Ciołkowski joined the firm from CMS in November 2024.
