Oana Ionascu

Oana Ionascu is a counsel in the Banking and Finance Department in the Dentons' Bucharest office.

She advises banks, financial institutions and developers on various complex bilateral and syndicated cross-border loan financings focusing on corporate and real estate finance for over a decade.
