Alexandra Radulescu
Alexandra is a partner in the Bucharest’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Alexandra’s expertise includes advising and representing clients in commercial, construction and defense arbitration proceedings before the Court of International Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the ICC International Court of Arbitration, in cases seated in Paris, Vienna and Bucharest, as well as in domestic court proceedings.
With regard to general administrative disputes, Alexandra has represented clients in various high-profile competition litigations, in claims against various state authorities, including the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) and the Environment Fund Administration (AFM), in tax and customs-related litigations, as well as in regulatory and public procurement disputes.
Alexandra also regularly advises clients from numerous industries—including highly regulated ones such as pharmaceuticals, telecom, automotive, energy, oil and gas—on domestic and EU industry regulations, competition as well as state-aid matters. With respect to life sciences, she has advised and assisted clients on regulatory matters, HTA procedures, pricing and reimbursement—including cost-volume/cost-volume result agreements, donation and sponsorship agreements, public-private protocols, new health reimbursement schemes, healthcare procurement, internal compliance and ethics investigations, employment matters and regulatory and IP litigation.
Alexandra’s expertise in the IP field includes advising and representing clients in both pre-litigious situations and court cases, in connection with various trademark, industrial designs, copyright and Internet domain names infringements and protection.
