Doru Postelnicu is a Counsel in Dentons’ Bucharest office. Doru has a strong track record advising clients from energy, agribusiness, real estate and life sciences sectors and private equity funds on their M&A deals covering all necessary stages: from drafting, negotiation to closing and post-closing. 

He also focuses on banking, finance, and trade finance (factoring and reverse factoring).  He has also gained significant experience in construction law, including contracting, subcontracting issues, insurance and performance security.
