Lela’s work focuses on company and representative registrations, international corporate documentation matters and legal research.

Prior to promoting to Junior Associate, she was a paralegal at Dentons' Tbilisi Office. Lela is a Visiting Lecturer at BTU (Business and Technology University), Georgia. She served as a Legal Counsel at Georgian International Arbitration Center. In 2017, she interned in Tax Law Clinic Studies at Chicago-Kent Law Offices.

She is a member of Georgian Association and Arbitrators (GAA) and Arbitration Initiative of Georgia (AIG).
