Christopher Brennan
Christopher Brennan
Chris is a partner in Dentons’ Dubai office. He is a member of the Disputes division. Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in helping clients to solve regulatory problems and manage difficult interactions with regulators and law enforcement. His practice is focused on financial markets where he acts for both institutions and individuals. He is experienced in all aspects of regulatory enforcement and interventions in both retail and wholesale markets. Chris also regularly advises listed entities on issues related to inside information and market disclosures. Chris advises clients on the management of both internal and external investigations of alleged misconduct. He also advises on customer and counterparty disputes where there is a regulatory angle to the dispute. Chris also uses his experience as a former criminal barrister to assist clients facing criminal investigation or prosecution.

Kristína Kresťanková is a junior associate and a member of the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Criminal law Practice in Dentons Bratislava office. She focuses her practice on dispute resolution, criminal law and constitutional law. Kristína has experience with representing clients in various fields of litigation and with representing clients before the Constitutional Court. In addition, she has experience with providing legal assistance to clients in relation to competition law, life sciences law and insolvency law.

Ramy Ramadan
Ramy Ramadan is a partner in the Corporate practice, based in the UAE. He has significant experience advising international and regional clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, and sovereign-related entities, on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and other strategic investment transactions, as well as a broad range of other corporate matters. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, with particular depth in energy and infrastructure (including the fast-growing data centers sector), technology, life sciences and consumer goods. He also regularly advises on joint ventures and corporate structuring for project-financed assets and PPP projects. Ramy is recommended by Legal 500 for Commercial, Corporate, and M&A in the UAE and has advised on many landmark and award-winning transactions and projects in the MENA region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Prior to joining Dentons, Ramy practiced with another top-tier international law firm, where he spent over 10 years in the firm’s Washington, DC and Dubai offices. He is a New York-qualified lawyer and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Nick Simpson is a partner and the regional head of corporate, and hospitality and leisure for Dentons Middle East. He is based in Dentons' Dubai office and was previously the managing partner of the Firm's Saudi Arabia and Oman offices. Nick has more than 25 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial transactions through the full range of sectors in the MENA region, including company establishment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and company flotations and offerings. He also advises extensively on all areas of hospitality, leisure and real estate across the Middle East. Nick is recognized for his expertise in Chambers & Partners where he is regarded as "an exceptional partner." He is also recognized in the Legal 500 for "the relevance of his interventions and added value," and Chambers Global for his "excellent knowledge, patience and communication skills."

Victoria Wyer
Victoria Wyer s a Partner in Dentons' Capital Markets practice with experience on a wide range of international debt capital markets transactions. Victoria's focus includes advising underwriters and issuers (corporates and financial institutions) in connection with various capital markets products, including regulatory capital, listed eurobonds, EMTN and ECP programme establishments/updates and drawdowns. Victoria has particular experience in advising on liability management transactions, including cash tenders, exchange offers, consent solicitations and negative consents. She also has experience in relation to both investment grade and emerging market transactions as well as sovereign and supranational bond offerings and convertible and exchangeable bonds. Victoria has been ranked as "One to Watch" for Capital Markets Law in the Best Lawyers 2024 Edition and as a Next Generation Partner in Debt Capital Markets by Legal 500 for 2024. Victoria was also shortlisted for the Finance Rising Star Award by the Women in Business Law Awards Europe 2021 and 2023.
