Career

er practice has focused on representing sovereign states and investors in multi-million-dollar investment and commercial disputes under the arbitration rules of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). In addition, she has experience in commercial mediation and advising public and private clients in transnational corporate and financial transactions.

During law school, she served as a research assistant to Dr. Gustavo Fondevila and interned at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining the firm, she worked at two international law firms where she focused her practice on dispute resolution and corporate and financial law. She also worked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, with a practice focused on constitutional law.
