Anna Berntorp mainly works with capital markets, M&A and corporate advice. Anna has experience from IPOs and investments and corporate governance in private and listed companies. Furthermore, Anna continuously advises clients in capital markets related matters such as information disclosure, insider issues and reporting obligations. Anna has been teaching corporate law at the University of Stockholm.
