Restructuring and Insolvency

Jonas Premfors works mainly as administrator in bankruptcy estates, as liquidator and with company reorganizations. Jonas is experienced of insolvency issues within a number of different industries, with special focus on the construction industry.

In addition, Jonas regularly works with litigation and arbitration, in particular on issues relating to recovery in bankruptcy and personal liability for the board of directors and owners. Jonas also assists banks and other clients on issues relating to credit securities. Jonas also assists clients in the automotive industry.
