Peder Grandinson mainly works with private and public M&A transactions and investments as well as with equity capital markets and companies law.

Peder has considerable experience from IPOs, public takeover offers, private company and asset acquisitions and divestments, mergers, restructurings, share issues and other capital raisings, share splits, issues of warrants, and of complex company law and corporate governance matters. He continuously advices clients on disclosure and inside information issues, corporate governance, corporate law and compliance with generally accepted principles in the securities market.
