Junior tenant at Queen Square Chambers with a general common law practice of crime, personal injury and employment. Crime – prosecution and defence Crown Court work, including recent instructions for robbery, ABH, firearms offences and fraud. Employment – mixed claimant and respondent practice, regularly instructed for multi-day hearings. Recent successes include an eight day whistleblowing claim on behalf of the claimant, with compensation awarded at £52,000 and £10,000 of costs. Personal injury – predominately claimant based, advice and court based practice. Recently instructed in meth-track LVC claims and complex quantum advices.
