Celia has practised at the Chancery Bar in Liverpool since 1988 litigating and advising on all varieties of general chancery work although latterly she have concentrated on Contentious and Non- Contentious probate.

Advising, drafting and conferences in the following areas:

Equitable interests in land including Trusts of Land, Co-ownership and Proprietary Estoppel. Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, including Family Provision, Court of Protection, Trusts and Settlements. Drafting Trusts, Wills, Post Death Variations, Company Documents, Agreements, Orders and any other material requiring formality. No contentious work undertaken at the moment.
