Shaen Catherwood specialises in commercial disputes, including in the energy field, telecommunications matters (including under the Electronic Communications Code), and general contractual disputes. He acts for a wide range of clients including international energy companies, UK public companies, insurers and individuals. Shaen appears regularly in the High Court and has acted in many applications for emergency relief. He has extensive experience of international arbitration.
